Our consultants are skilled in business analysis and have extensive experience with a wide range of SME projects.

Our approach during an initial consultation is to gather a comprehensive enough understanding of your requirements to provide you with a proposal that includes a fixed price for the work, time scales and feasibility.

This may not always be possible. In which case we will provide a ballpark estimate in order for the client to establish the feasibility and we will discuss the best solution for proceeding, undertaking further analysis.
