Directions

By Road:

From the M4 Junction 11
Leave the motorway at Junction 11 and take the second exit onto B3270 (signposted Earley). Continue along this road and at the first roundabout turn right and immediately left at the next roundabout, rejoining the B3270, Lower Earley Way (West). Continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit. A short distance further at the next roundabout take the first exit into Cutbush Lane. Continue along
this road and take the first right turn into Danehill.  Take the Second Road on the right for Cutbush Court

From the M4 Junction 10
Leave the motorway at Junction 10 and join the A329(M) northwards (signposted Reading). At the first exit leave by the slip road and at the roundabout turn right. Continue along this dual carriageway bear left onto the B3270 (signposted Lower Earley). Go through two sets of traffic lights, continue along the B3270 for approximately 3.5 kms and at the third roundabout turn right into Cutbush Lane. Continue along this road and take the first right turn into Danehill.  Take the Second Road on the right for Cutbush Court
