How it works
Its simple, you purchase a block of hours from us and we then deduct the time we spend on your helpdesk incidents from the time credit. Unlike many other contracts our hours never expire. If you only need to make 2 or 3 calls a year then thats all you'll pay for. Any remaining time credit will remain on your account until its all been used no matter how long it takes.
At the end of each month we publish a report to the client access area of our website detailing any helpdesk incidents that have been logged along with details of the tiime used during that period.
