Technical Architects

Our senior infrastructure consultants have a proven track record of designing and planning large infrastructure projects ranging from complete enteprise migrations to complex relocations with extremely critical timelines.  These consultants play a ongoing role in every project monitoring quality and providing technical escalation to our technicians and project managers.

Project Managers

Our Project  Management methodology has been developed and refined over the last 14 years during which time we have executed many hundreds of It projects.  Every one of our projects is assigned a trained Project Manager who strictly follows an ITIL based project management framework which ensures thats that our delivery and quality standards are consistently met.

Reporting and Customer Feedback

Our Helpdesk system Revelation provides a Project Management application which integrates seamlessly with our client portal Helpdesk system in order to provide SLA management of projects and detailed project reports.

At the end of each project our Revelation system automatically generates an online feedback form which is sent to the customers.  This enables us to measure the performance of each project and to constantly review and improve our project managment processes.
