We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Professional to join our dynamic growing team. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, technically competent and will posses outstanding customer and project management skills.
The role entails providing helpdesk support to our customers and will include being responsible for managing a number of customer relationships directly. Candidates require experience and skills in the following area.
Microsoft certifications such as MCP, MCSE, MCSA would be preferred, although this is not essential. You will however need a driving license.
