Henley Festival of Music

The Henley Festival of Music and the Arts is held each July on the banks of the Thames in Henley-on-Thames. It uses adapted facilities from the Henley Royal Regatta, which is held the week before. The main stage floats on the river and the audience use one of the grandstands. Each evening it features an eclectic mix of performances ranging from classical music concerts to 80's rock legends such as Status Quo. There are other smaller stages which include, art exhibits, roving performers, outdoor restaurants, etc.

Organising and running the Henley Festival is hugely demanding, and a full time job for the dedicated team of 10 staff. From their offices in Henley-on-Thames, they manage every facet of the event. This means that they have a particularly broad range of skills and a very high dependence on technology, particularly during the festival week.

Henley Festival required an IT Partner with a diverse enough range of IT skills to support the broad range of applications that they run, as well as the ability to provide an exceptionally high level of IT support leading up to and during festival week, when computer downtime would be disastrous.
